Return and Exchanges
Before returning any item for either warranty replacement, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to do so please submit the required information at the bottom of this page.
Products purchased within 30 days may be returned for any reason (subject to a 15% restocking fee) provided that they are in new condition and complete with the original packaging. The items to be returned must be placed in the manufacturer’s packaging and then inside another box to protect it during shipping. Defective products may be returned at any time during the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please note that clearance / open box items are not eligible for returns for refund, but may be exchanged if defective.
