Epygi EAC Activation Key – 1 User
Gives agents and supervisors full control of their call center.
Agents can login, change their status, assign wrap-up codes, chat and view their own statistics.
Supervisors can monitor the queues, generate reports, chat with agents and display the current status of the ACD queues and agents.
EAC includes ACD license for the duration of activation, with the exception of the 1 user activation.
EAC requires annual renewal.
For use with QX50, QX200, QX500, QX2000 systems.
